MaxxCloud has been designed to manage large volumes of content and complex business process scenarios. MaxxCloud can handle simple to complex when it comes to solutions. We still work with a number of smaller clients that see the overall value of having there data fully managed by our team at MaxxVault. It’s secure and properly maintained so their information is safe. If you add up all the hardware costs and manpower a client would need to run an on premise document management and workflow solution it might only be 20-25% higher outsourcing that to a 3rd party like MaxxVault LLC.

The price of a MaxxCloud hosted solution is dependent on a number of factors. Pricing really breaks down into how many users need access, how much data is being managed and how many workflows or line of business integrations are there.

MaxxCloud uses the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol that ensures privacy between communicating applications and their users on the Internet.  When a server and client communicate, TLS ensures that no third party may eavesdrop or tamper with any message. MaxxVault does support multi-tenant for on premise solutions but we feel offering each client their own secure database and site address is a much more secure option. All solutions we provide are fully redundant.
